Che cos’è COMMON GROUND?
Common Ground è un progetto che si propone di attuare interventi mirati per l’integrazione sociale, sanitaria, abitativa e lavorativa di cittadini/e di paesi terzi vittime o potenziali vittime di sfruttamento lavorativo.
Il progetto interregionale riunisce le regioni Piemonte, Emilia-Romagna, Friuli Venezia-Giulia, Liguria e Veneto ed è finanziato dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali, a valere su fondi FSE-PON Inclusione Programmazione 2014-2020.
Attività:
Per facilitare l’accesso delle vittime a un sistema coordinato di segnalazioni, il progetto potenzia i punti territoriali esistenti e ne coinvolge altri che, per l’attività che svolgono, possono intercettare le potenziali vittime, configurandoli come “antenne” per l’identificazione preliminare. Si promuove un modello di intervento multi-agenzia, ampliando la platea degli enti coinvolti e favorendo l’adesione di nuovi soggetti.
Oltre alle attività di identificazione preliminare delle potenziali vittime volte dalla Rete Territoriale, il progetto prevede lo svolgimento di colloqui di valutazione per l’identificazione formale delle vittime, e l’Attivazione di servizi di accompagnamento, compresi l’orientamento legale, al lavoro, ai servizi del territorio, lavorativo, alle risorse sociosanitarie, assistenza sindacale e corsi, come corsi di lingua italiana.
Sono garantiti inoltre servizi di accompagnamento ad hoc per le vittime di minore età, effettuati dal Team Antitratta Minori.
